Document Submission
Email your documents (PDF) to regalnotaryls@gmail.com for faster service. You may also scan them with an app like Genius Scan and upload them on the Client Information Form. We do not "pre-stamp" documents for signers who are not before the notary — all notarizations must be performed in person or online.

- Check with your lender about documents that must be returned with your loan package (W-2s, pay stubs, copies of identification).
- Have copies of your ID ready — some lenders require two forms of government-issued ID.
- Confirm acceptable payment methods for funds sent to the title company; large amounts may not allow personal checks.
- Keep your lender's phone number available during the signing. As your loan signing agent, we act as a neutral witness and cannot provide legal or financial advice.
